Prepare & Use
Ready to use straight from the pack for sprinkling, baking or mixing in.
1. Melt in a dry, heatproof bowl over a pan of hot water until smooth.
2. Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate and avoid over heating.
Microwave melting (650W or 750W oven)
1. Microwave on medium (50% power) setting for 1 ½ mins, then stir well.
Heat in further 30 seconds bursts until fully melted.
3. For different ovens adjust accordingly.
