Instructions

Directions:
Important: For all applications rice flour or maize starch is required for dusting to avoid sticking. Dough can also be rolled between 2 sheets of grease proof paper.

Pizza:
A small 7g sachet of yeast may be added (diet permitting) to enhance the flavour of typical pizza.
1. Empty contents of this pack into a large bowl and form a well.
2. Slowly add 250ml water, add salt if preferred and knead into dough on a dusted board.
3. Lightly grease pizza tray with vegetable oil and roll out dough onto tray to no thinner than 5mm.
4. Add toppings of your choice and bake in preheated oven at 195ºC for 15-20 minutes.

Preparation and Usage

Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat oven (conventional) to 200ºC / 400ºF and oil a normal Pizza tray.
2. Empty the contents of the pack into a large bowl and make a well into the centre.
3. Add 40 ml vegetable oil and mix it well and then add 250 ml of water into the mix. Combine with a spoon until the dough can be collected in a ball and kneaded by hand.
4. Knead dough briefly on a board dusted with rice flour, divide into 3 pieces, and roll out into circles to fit pizza trays or desired thickness.
5. Top with desired toppings and bake for 15-20 minutes until the toppings are bubbling and golden brown.
