Preparation and Usage
Treat yourself with these tempting Chocolate Chip Cookies. Crunchy on the outside and charmingly chewy on the inside. . . it's only three steps to cookie heaven! So warm up your oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted oven) / Gas Mark 4 - and let's whip up a batch. You won't believe they're gluten free!
Preparation 10 mins
Baking time 12-15 mins
All you need is:
90ml vegetable oil (6 tbsp)
1 medium free range egg
Baking tray lined with greaseproof paper
Only 3 steps to Cookie heaven...
1 Stir the cookie mix together with the oil and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough is formed.
2 Spoon heaped teaspoons of the dough onto the lined baking tray, leaving generous gaps (approximately 5cm) between each one.
3 Bake in the centre of the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden (or leave in a little longer for extra crunch). Leave your gluten free beauties to cool before diving in. . .you'll be in cookie heaven.
