Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from frozen.
All cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.; Deep Fry - From Frozen. Pre-heat frying oil to max. 175°C (338°F). Fry portions of 500g for 3 to 5 minutes until golden yellow and crispy. Do not fry too dark and reduce frying time when frying smaller portions. Drain well before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat the oven to 220°C (425°F) (gasmark 7). Spread portions of 500g equally on the baking tray with baking paper. Place the tray in the middle of the oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden yellow and crispy, turning halfway through cooking time. (If using a fan assisted oven, reduce time and temperature to suit).; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Heat some oil or butter. Put the product in the frying pan as soon as the oil is hot or butter is melted. Fry for about 10-15 minutes until golden yellow and crispy, turning regularly.

Fish & Bites
500g Aviko Hash Brown Bites (1 bag)
6-8 pieces of 100g fish
handful of grated Parmesan
zest of one lemon
3 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped basil
salt & pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1. Prepare the Aviko Hash Brown Bites, following the instructions on the packaging
2. Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese, herbs and lemon zest
3. Season the fish and pan-fry in a little oil on one side for about 3 minutes
4. Turn the pieces of fish over and divide the herb mixture over the pieces of fish. Grill for 2-3 minutes under a pre-heated grill for a couple of minute until the crumb in golden brown and crunchy
5. Serve with lemon wedges and Aviko Hash Brown Bites
Serve with mushy peas and tartare sauce
